The ENL Foundation offers employment, self-employment, and community-based initiatives to empower youth as productive members of Pakistan’s workforce. Through community-focused programs, ENL provides access to high-quality training opportunities for young people in semi-urban and rural areas, enabling them to gain practical expertise, achieve self-reliance, and contribute meaningfully toward national development.
